• Proven track record in selling automotive products and solutions (components, systems, or services).
• Strong technical understanding of automotive systems (engine components, transmission systems, suspension, braking, etc.).

Role: Sales & Business Development

Job Profile :

• Identify and target potential customers in the automotive sector (OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, repair shops, etc.)
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Create and present technical product proposals to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  1. Technical Expertise:
     1. Provide technical support to clients regarding automotive products, such as components, parts, and systems.
     2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain technical benefits and features to customers.
     3. Assist customers with product specifications, application needs, and troubleshooting.
  2. Market Analysis & Reporting:
     1. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
     2. Analyze market requirements to drive product improvements and new solutions.
     3. Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
  3. Collaboration:
     1. Work closely with the engineering and product teams to communicate customer requirements and feedback.
     2. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and technical content.
  4. Customer Support & After-Sales:
     1. Provide post-sales support, ensuring that products meet customer expectations.
     2. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, working to resolve any technical issues quickly.
     3. Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and service procedures are followed for products supplied.

Experience: 4-6 Years

Role: Service Engineer/ Rework Engineer

Job Profile:

1. Inspect defective or non-conforming products to determine root causes of failure.
2. Able to read schematics, good component knowledge both SMD & through hole.
3. Able to use tools like Multi meter, Oscilloscope, soldering & de soldering station, etc.
4. Perform hands-on rework tasks such as soldering, part replacement, software adjustments, and more, depending on the nature of the defect.
5. Implement rework procedures to restore products to acceptable quality standards.
6. Collaborate with production teams to identify potential issues and prevent recurrence through process improvements.
7. Document and track rework activities to maintain detailed records of changes and repairs/Service reports/Fault finding report.
8. Ensure that all rework processes comply with relevant safety standards and quality regulations.
9. Conduct thorough testing after rework to ensure product functionality and performance meet required specifications.
10. Train and guide team members on best practices for rework and repair processes.
11. Work with the engineering and quality teams to suggest design improvements that could reduce the need for rework.
12. Analyze data to identify trends in product defects and assist in implementing preventive measures.

Role: Embedded Software Developer

Job Profile:

1. Proficiency in C programming languages.
2. A minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience as an software developer.
3. Strong knowledge of hardware architecture such as ARM and x86.
4. Familiarity with hardware protocols including RS232, UART, I2C, RS485, CAN and SPI.
5. Experience with OS platforms such as Linux, Unix, Windows and RTOS.
6. Experience with tools like Arduino, Visual studio, Hercules, Putty etc
7. Experience in Device drivers , Socket Programming, Multithreading and synchronization
8. Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS.
9. Knowledge of debugging tools such as gdb, hands on experience in board bring up and troubleshooting.
10. Experience with Wireshark is plus
